To all my followers that have been following from the start you know that I have not to long ago start my fitness journey, not only to look good naked, but to be a healthier, more active, agile, all around better Jaylon.
Currently I am standing at 5’6, 131.5lbs and continuing to bulk up while staying lean.
Right now, I am very proud of myself for sticking to what I want to do, and my goals in my fitness. In and out if the gym at least three times a week, eating healthier, more satisfying meals and cutting down on the amount of sodas, and other carbonated drinks I take in.
It has not been easy thus far, and I know it can either only get worst, or better, and I’m more than excited to find out.
